Dear Friend,

NCC is thrilled to announce that Lisa Booze, a Direct Support Professional (DSP), has been selected as the prestigious MACS 2024 Direct Support Professional Honoree.

On Thursday, May 9th, the Maryland Association for Community Services (MACS) hosted its 2024 Direct Support & Supervision Conference in Ocean City, Maryland. The conference celebrated professionals' leadership and contributions to the ongoing efforts to improve and support individuals with differing abilities to have a quality life and engagement within their communities. This year's theme was "Ignite Your Spark."

Since Lisa joined our team in 2017, she has embarked on a remarkable journey, illuminating our path with her dedication and excellence as a Program Instructor in our Community Support Services. Even in the face of the unprecedented challenges brought about by the pandemic, Lisa's dedication and resilience have shone through. Her personal qualities are a testament to her exceptional character and a source of admiration for all of us.
