Delia Gonçalves is the Vice President of External Affairs at COMTO, leading communications, marketing, and media engagement. Before joining COMTO, Delia spent 24 years in the broadcast journalism industry, the last 14 years as one of the most respected reporters-anchors in Washington, DC. Delia's dedication to advocating for those in underserved communities and holding the powerful accountable earned her six regional Emmy Awards, two Associated Press Awards,
and two National Association of Black Journalists' Salute to Excellence Awards. In March 2024, Delia was honored by DC Mayor Muriel Bowser as a Washington Woman of Excellence for her community advocacy.
